One Book One Island has returned to PEI libraries. This year’s selected book, Ru by Kim Thúy, features the themes of immigration and the re-telling of personal experiences. On May 3, at 10:30 a.m. the Confederation Centre Public Library will celebrate OBOI and the newcomer experience.
