Bats are fascinating and very important creatures but PEI's bat species are endangered -there are now less than 10% of 2013's bat population. Bob Harding of Parks Canada will share information of PEI's bats, and will also discuss some of the exciting bat research conducted this past summer at PEI National Park. The Belfast Historical Society will be presenting Island filmmaker Millefore Clarke’s new movie “Belfast People” at the Andrew MacPhail Homestead this Thursday October 24th at 07:00 PM. The movie features commentaries and reflections from area residents on life in the Belfast area. Please join us for an evening of film and conversation in a great setting. A light lunch will also be served.
