The Summerside & Area Garden Club is holding it's January meeting, Thursday, January 16th, 7pm at the Wilmot Community Centre, 110 Gillespie Ave., Summerside. Guest speaker will be Lisa Genova, Visual Artist, on the garden/nature being an inspiration for creativity. General Election for club officers will also be held.

On January 19th at 2:00 in the afternoon, Trinity United Church will host a variety concert featuring such performers as Jeannie Campbell and Charles Reid, Parker Murray, Keelin Wedge and Not All There Band. The monthly Ceilidh Concert at the beautiful Bonshaw Hall will be Sunday, January 26th from 2 - 4 pm (storm date Feb 2).
