SUMMARY:Charlottetown Annual Jingle Bell Walk
DESCRIPTION:The City of Charlottetown’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the 25th annual Jingle Bell Walk on Friday\, December 4. \n  \nThe Jingle Bell Walk will look a bit different this year. Families are invited to partake in a self-guided walk between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at the Beach Grove Routes for Nature and Health Trail (200 Beach Grove Rd). \n  \nIn partnership with the PEI Library\, the City of Charlottetown will be launching its first StoryWalk at the Jingle Bell Walk. The featured story will be “Snowmen at Night” by Caralyn Buehner. The StoryWalk will remain at the Beach Grove Nature Trails for the month of December. \n  \nHot chocolate will be served during the event and a limited number of holiday themed paint your own cookies for children will be available as a take home activity. \n  \nEveryone is encouraged to bring a flashlight to light the trail and a bell for some holiday jingle. Look for the decorated Parks and Recreation truck! All participants are strongly encouraged to wear a face mask. \nFor more information\, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at: 902-368-1025. \n

DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nAnnual Christmas In The Villages Event will be held on Friday\, December 4th\, 2020 from 7PM to 9PM and Saturday\, December 5th\, 2020 from 9AM to 3PM. \nThis annual event will showcase a wide variety of creations and product of local artisans\, farmers and community organizations at venues in the area. \nBe sure to check out the FACEBOOK page in the days leading up to event for updates about this year’s participants. Be sure to include your mask as all venues are MASKED! \nA bonus is the Fishermen’s Christmas Tree is being lit at 5:30PM on December 4th at the Murray Harbour Wharf!\n\n\n\n
