DESCRIPTION:The Reading Town PEI committee is pleased to announce that the 2019 edition of Reading Street will be taking place in the Food Court of the Confederation Court Mall on Saturday\, June 1st from 1-5 PM. \nThis FREE event will feature numerous authors\, illustrators\, storytellers\, balloon twisters\, face painters\, caricaturists\, kids activities\, a photo booth\, a reading nook\, costume contests\, live music\, exhibitors and so much more! \nDuring the event\, stage performers will include musician/storyteller Michael Pendergast\, author Diane Carmel-Leger\, illustrator Christina Patterson\, author Deirdre Kessler\, storytellers Mi’kmaq Heritage Actors & Julie Pellissier-Lush as well as Island musicians Helen Bergeron and Louise Arsenault. \n
